The SILK DRAGON project involves:
- Producing "SILK DRAGON", a feature film of epic adventure, intrigue and romance. The film will dramatize the adventures of China's great maritime explorer, ZHENG HE, and the incredible fleet of Ming Treasure Ships he led sixty years before Columbus discovered America. To be filmed in English, entirely on location in China, the production will feature many well-known actors. Utilizing a cast of thousands and cutting-edge visual effects, 'SILK DRAGON" will capture the dramatic essence of this exceptional period of Chinese history.

| |
- Building two "Baochuan" Treasure Ships to historical accuracy (130 meters long, 28 meters wide, with 9 masts and a 3-tower Ming pagoda) and filling them with original Ming treasures from China's leading museums. The Treasure Ships will then be sent out as a floating cultural exhibit to the major coastal cities of the world. the tour will start in Hong Kong and will end eight years later in Lisbon, Portugal.
| |
- Opening a 15th Century Ming tomb and sharing this exciting discovery with the rest of the world. As archaeologists see the historic artifacts inside for the very first time, their dramatic discovery will be transmitted 'live' via satellite, internationally. Using a complicated system of airlocks, robotics and virtual tele-presence to avoid oxidation of tomb contents, this will surely be an exceptional historic, archaeological and entertainment event.
| |
- Publishing a book entitled "SILK DRAGON", a novelization based on the feature film. Though fictionalized, the characters exist within a background of historic authenticity that has been provided by the leading Ming historians in Beijing.
