WANG GUANGYING, Vice-Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress, has agreed to be Chairman of the project's International Advisory Board. Vice-Chairman Wang has afforded VIP treatment to the project's founders during their visits to China and facilitated contacts with other Chinese organizations.

RAYMOND BARRE, former Prime Minister of France, has agreed to be Co-Chairman (with WANG GUANGYING) of the project's International Advisory Board.
