MIKE HARRIS - PRESIDENT & CEO - Writer and explorer, has produced a number of documentary and commercial films. He has led major expeditions throughout the world, including the first expeditions to search for and locate the RMS Titanic in the North Atlantic. His various projects have taken him from Guyana to the Arctic Circle, Bikini Atoll to Israel, and have included several studies of the Ming Dynasty in China. He's a member of The Explorers Club of New York and Royal Geographical Society of London.

GEORGE GROSZ - DIRECTOR - EUROPEAN OPERATIONS - Founder and Managing Director of Corporate Development France, which specializes in international Company Search. He was previously Financial Director of United Technologies/Otis Elevator in Europe/Africa/Middle East and of various operations of Schlumberger in Europe, after having spent seven years with Coopers & Lybrand in London and Paris. He is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the London School of Economics.

JIM BROUGHTON - DIRECTOR - EXHIBITIONS - Executive Director of the Florida International Museum. He recently organized the "Treasures of the Tzars" and "Splendors of Ancient Egypt" exhibitions in St. Petersburg, Florida. He was previously Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Memphis and Director of Cultural Affairs, where he created the Wonders Museum in Memphis and held such critically acclaimed exhibitions as "Rameses The Great", "Catherine The Great", Splendors of the Ottoman Sultans", etc.

JIM ROE - DIRECTOR - Film and Television Productions. He has served as Executive Producer on the Academy Award Nominated "Prince of Tides" and help finance over twenty films, including "Tightrope", "The Killing Fields" and "Protocol". Roe is a graduate of Harvard Law School and previous Chairman of a financial and investment-counseling firm in Atlanta.

PRADEEP NARAIN - DIRECTOR - FINANCE - International Financial Consultant. He was a Partner with Price Waterhouse Paris for approximately twenty years, responsible for supervising the audits of large multi-nationals, such as Pechiney, Schlumberger and Euro Disney, including advising on acquisitions and financial restructuring. He graduated from the London School of Economics and is a Chartered Accountant, French Expert Comptable and Commissaire aux Comptes.

SCOTT E. JORGENSEN - DIRECTOR - INFORMATION SYSTEMS - A diversed background from accounting to management to software development has afforded Scott the unique ability to instruct, guide and develop high quality commercial software applications. As an auditor/accountant with Price Waterhouse's office in New York City, he worked for major corporations. As Executive Vice President for a regional transportation company, he lead the re-engineering and automation all of accounting functions, human resource requirements, daily operations, and equipment maintenance. As a computer software engineer and project manager for Design Data Systems, Inc., he worked on Oracle software development projects for major US corporations including GTE and Verifone. As an entrepreneur, he started MangoTech, Inc, a software consulting, recruiting and training company, and promptly obtained the University of South Florida's Information Technologies Department as its first client.

ROBERT FRANKIEWICZ - DIRECTOR - MARKETING - Executive V.P. of R.S.V.P Direct, a direct mail marketing firm. Responsible for the development of advertising programs for various clients. To include production of copy, print and finishing services. Director of the Printing Industries of Illinois and Indiana, as well as the Graphic finishing Industries.
